2015 KTM 125 DUKE ABS FEATURES AND SPECIFICATIONS

2015 KTM 125 Duke ABS Specs

2015 KTM 125 Duke ABS Specs - 2015 KTM 125 Duke  is a low entry sportbike segment of 125 cc motorcycle manufacturer KTM is present with modern technology and reliable performance. On top of that, the refined four-stroke single cylinder with fuel injection and six-speed transmission provides decent propulsion. And the low fuel consumption ensures a reasonable level of economy.

2015 KTM 125 Duke ABS Features
EVERYTHING UNDER CONTROL
  • DASHBOARD: The 125 Duke has everything that distinguishes a genuine KTM from the high-quality chassis components to the multi-function cockpit, which even keeps you up to date with fuel consumption and remaining range. The extensive KTM PowerParts range gives you the option of adding your own individual style.
  • SEAT: For all its sportiness, the two-piece seat provides surprising long-distance comfort, perfect support and first-class ergonomics for rider and pillion. With 810 mm the seat height is low enough for a secure standing position, but also high enough for sports-oriented use and a genuine big-bike feeling.
  • ERGONOMICS: The 125 Duke is also a genuine motorcycle in terms of dimensions, providing plenty of space and freedom of movement. The gathered sitting position supports relaxed touring as well as committed cornering. Large contact surfaces ensure optimum control and perfect feedback.
DYNAMIC CORNERING FUN
  • WHEELS AND TYRES: Equally lightweight and delicate as they are stable, the 17 in cast light alloy wheels developed by KTM specifically for the 125 Duke provide a 110 mm tyre width at the front and an impressive 150 mm at the rear. The tyres impress with tremendous grip in both wet and dry conditions, as well as providing supreme durability.
  • BRAKES: Since 2013, the 125 Duke has settled a new safety standard with the first ABS in the 125 cc class. A feature that makes the pleasure of the impressive Duke dynamics even safer for 16-year-olds and gives the finishing touch too what are unique chassis qualities in this segment. On the new KTM 125 Duke, the ABS – from Bosch as usual with KTM – monitors the function of the powerful brake system with a radially mounted four-piston calliper biting the 300mm diameter front disc - fun without risk, developed in close cooperation with the specialists from Bosch and Brembo. And for the stunt riders among us: the ABS is naturally disengageable.
  • FRAME: 11 kW (15 hp) of power with a dry weight of only 127 kg guarantee plenty of riding fun with the 125 Duke. The first-class chassis, with lightweight tubular space frame in the proven KTM design, turns it into a real surfer through the bends. Weight grouped close to the centre of gravity maximise manoeuvrability and precision.
  • TELESCOPIC FORK: The 125 Duke's high-quality upside-down fork from WP Suspension has the same 43 mm outer tube diameter as the RC8 R – in other words: real racing equipment that guarantees highest levels of stability and precision.
  • SWINGARM: The 125 Duke's lightweight, high-quality, pin-jointed swingarm is designed and produced according to the same principle as the 690 Duke. The light alloy swingarm with directly linked WP shock absorber excels with extreme torsional stiffness and outstanding tracking stability.
LIVELY, SMOOTH-RUNNING FOUR-STROKE
  • ENGINE: The state-of-the-art, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder, four-stroke engine with twin overhead camshafts, four valves and electronic fuel injection has been developed specifically for the 125 Duke. It effortlessly achieves its peak power of 11 kW (15 hp) and thanks to the balancer shaft, delivers the highest levels of smoothness.
  • CYLINDER HEAD: Just as on the RC8 R, the four valves in the cylinder head of the 125 Duke 2013 are actuated by two overhead camshafts and cam levers. This design is not only extremely reliable, but also offers low friction thanks to the ultra-hard carbon coating of the cam levers - releasing even more power.
  • SILENCER: The compact, three-chamber silencer is positioned close to the machine's overall centre of gravity. This aids centralisation of masses and improves the playful handling of the 125 Duke. Thanks to a regulated catalytic converter, the emissions are exemplary.
LOW FUEL CONSUMPTION

  • INJECTION: The intricate engine design, state-of-the-art injection electronics and the close-ratio, six-speed transmission not only help the KTM 125 Duke to achieve impressive performance, but also to moderate fuel consumption. Thanks to the regulated catalytic converter, it produces only minimal emissions.
  • FUEL TANK: The shapely 11 l fuel tank of the 125 Duke not only provides the rider with perfect knee contact, but also with a range of substantially more than 300 km even when ridden on the edge, thanks to the economic engine.

2016 HONDA Rebel Review

Honda got it right when it releases the original CMX250 early as 1985, the overall design so little change has occurred, the fact that in the past three decades to prove.

Design - former rebel is to serve the Honda brand American sheet to a younger crowd, and does not seem to vary a bit. This little pocket cruiser sport too much detail, but not blatantly copy any particular brand or model was inspired by the American-made yacht market, but to establish a style all their own.

Teardrop tank to the upper line slid down two seats set aside in a low 26.6 inches tall, the shortest production it is only a few inches higher than the cruiser. Low seat height and 331 pounds of curb weight makes the rebel who might be particularly suitable for large cruiser route to the final entry level riders. Although equipped with only the metal sheet in the red or black, two colors have a very cool looking graphics tribal dress a little pot. After the rest of the machine sports a bobbed fenders, the stock wheels and chrome external shocks for the classic, old-fashioned atmosphere.

Chassis - steel constitute a simple, lightweight skeleton of a single stretch, double cradle frame. Steering head is really there to 30.6 degrees of rake, give it a chopper-type atmosphere, and promote the wheelbase of 57.1 inches 4.4 inches clues.

Yes ah OK, inverted fork is popular right ticket, but they do not fit with the rebel retro atmosphere, so Honda went 33 mm, right side up fork fit the bill, and provides 4.6 inches travel. A traditional, fork-arm with external support after the shock coil, and shock with adjustable spring preload.

Light bicycle brakes can escape small way, with the rebels is no exception. A double single pot caliper front brake disc combination, as well as a mechanical rear drum brake grip. I know the drum for the appearance and all, but really, I do not think throwing in the back of the disc will ruin style.

Transmission - Honda Rebel 234 ml running this mill. Square, 53 mm × 53 mm, through a 26 mm, constant carbohydrates, help it achieve approximately 84 miles of the air-cooled engine aspiration. This mill to carry features, my old '87 450 no; that is automatically adjusted, the cam chain tensioner and the capacitor discharge ignition (CDI), abandon and Direct chain, and pointed out that adjustment.

One thing, the same is a good, old, screws and - locknut valve adjustment, which makes the specific point of routine maintenance a breeze, and only two valves for each cylinder of a total of four, This is a quick job well. Five-speed gearbox and final drive chain complete running gear.
