EICMA 2015: 2016 DUCATI SCRAMBLER FLAT TRACK PRO & SIXTY2
On first look 2016 DUCATI SCRAMBLER FLAT TRACK PRO & SIXTY2Two Hips: Ducati adds support for new models of scrambling lines.
Ducati's highly successful line scrambling 2016 has been extended to the inclusion of two new models: the flat trajectory of vibrant and hip, new Sixty2, which is the smallest in a generation in Ducati 399cc. Possibly the neatest and most fitting variation on the Scrambler theme, the Flat Track is patterned after the racebike former World Superbike Champion Troy Bayliss rode at select AMA Grand National Championship races this past season. Bailey rode flat track onto the stage, in its opening ceremony, while a video played behind him showing his broadsliding around oval dirt bike in a perfect drift. For its name, bicycle with a short, 2-1-- into - 2 exhaust system, front and side number plates, semi-knobby tires, front and rear fender mini, and very neat-looking cast aluminum 10 spoke wheels. Joining Bayliss and CEO Claudio Domenicali on stage were MotoGP racers Andrea Dovizioso and Andrea Iannone plus World Superbike racer Davide Giugliano, finally out of a cast and back in his leathers.
But what will make the scrambler will become more popular new Sixty2, most likely variant powered by a 41 horsepower 399cc (72mm x 49mm) version of the ancient Pantah type SOHC air-cooled V-twin's. This version is equipped with a classic look of a fork and a single 320 mm Brembo front brake discs, it should prove more than enough. Appearance is correct, it will attract young people from all over the world. Ducati is trying to create a cult around a scrambler, and has a distinctive series of Bart and Betty cartoon bike.
