2016 YAMAHA Smax Review
Design - Scooter design has been clear for many years, the tuning fork in SMAX toe the line set by the class. A fairly complete front fairing wind shunt aside to protect the driver's legs, and the windshield extends protection to the rider's chest. The step-frame can easily install and remove, and as something light cargo deck, add eight gallons underseat storage groceries get the task. In addition, the storage compartment will hold a full-face helmet plus a handful of candidates for the conditions. Passenger comfort has been improved to increase the filling seats in the back seat, and the new LED position lights in the front of the fairing to improve security, increase the visibility of the front of the model than the same period last year.

No ABS brakes or a combination of complex systems, which is fine with me, but I hope that we will begin to see everything in ABS for the foreseeable future.
Transmission - engine is equipped with nearly square, 58 through the aperture 58.7 mm stroke, increasing to 155 ml total. As usual, the engine, the tranny and rear wheels as a unit, and teammates bike in a typical installation of swing. A sausage, water mill control fuel injection and transistor ignition operation, and provide a decent 81 miles, depending on load, of course, riding style and height. Constantly - continuously variable transmission (CVT) provides reverse it and forget it operation, without a clutch.
Performance is more important, because it is for commuters SCOOT, including highway travel. The SMAX will manage 80 mph sea level, slightly less at high altitudes, and up to 85 with a good tailwind, a large enough to prevent getting run over when you hit superslab.
